To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 72 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. This property provides airport drop off shuttle service to Chiang Mai International Airport every 2 hours between 8 AM–4 PM, and airport pick up shuttle service every 2 hours between 9 AM–5 PM daily. Guests are required to make a reservation in advance, including providing flight details. The meeting point for pick-up is Gate Number 6, Arrival Hall. Guests arriving outside of these hours are advised to arrange their own transportation.
