Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival.
If you are planning to arrive after 5:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and lockbox information. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. Other arrangements must be coordinated with the property prior to arrival. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Check-out instructions
• The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
• Load the dishwasher
• Gather used towels
• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
• Early morning check out before 9am. Please return the key to mailbox G04 located in the Mailroom in the lobby.
You may access the mailroom by tapping your key to open the door.
• The rubbish room is located on the basement floor, next to the stairs.
