This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Children ages 6 and older are not permitted in public baths of the opposite sex. Children ages 6 to 12 must be accompanied by a guardian of the same sex when visiting the public baths.
Mandatory fees
You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:
• A tax is imposed by the city: JPY 150.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age. We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

Policies
• The seasonal pool will be open from April to October.
• Hot springs access available from 6:00 AM to midnight.
• One child 5 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
