Guests must transfer via Airport shuttle to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. At check-in, guests must provide a negative PCR COVID-19 test result. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. Customers may be requested by the property to provide documentation of recent travel history (such as showing passport immigration stamps) and/or complete a health declaration.
Mandatory fees
The mandatory transfer fee listed above is for transfers from Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport (HRI). The mandatory one-way transfer fee is USD 80 per person from Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB). All mandatory fees must be paid directly to the property immediately after booking.
