Guests may experience construction-related noise during this time. Guests are required to contact the property prior to arrival by telephone to reserve on-site parking. A scheduled power and water outage will take place on October 13, 2026, from noon to 2 PM. All facilities that use power, including elevators and bathrooms will not be available during this time.

Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Construction is underway at a neighboring building and there may be noise disturbance from the construction work.
