There is no front desk at this property. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival.
Guests will receive an email within 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. It is the property’s policy that children under 20 years of age cannot be accommodated at the property without an accompanying parent or legal guardian. Guests are required to provide proof of the parental or legal guardian relationship and authorization upon arrival.

• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ).
